In compliance with Facebook’s Platform Terms and policies, we provide a clear and simple process for users to request the deletion of their data associated with our application. If you have used your Facebook account to log in to Crizonshop.com and wish to remove the application’s access or delete your data, please follow the methods outlined below.

METHOD 1: REMOVAL VIA FACEBOOK SETTINGS

This is the standard procedure to revoke application permissions directly through your Facebook account.
  1. Log in to your Facebook account.
  2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  3. On the left-hand sidebar, select Apps and Websites.
  4. Find Crizonshop in the list of active applications.
  5. Click the Remove button next to the application name.
  6. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Optionally, you may check the box to delete all posts, videos, or events that the app may have posted on your behalf.
  7. Click Remove again to finalize the process.
Once removed, Crizonshop will no longer have access to your Facebook information for future logins.

METHOD 2: DIRECT DATA DELETION REQUEST

If you wish to permanently delete your entire account and all associated personal data from our internal database (including order history, email, and user profiles), please follow these steps:
  1. Submit an Email: Send a formal request to support@crizonshop.com.
  2. Required Information: You must send the request from the email address linked to your Crizonshop account. Please use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request - [Your Full Name]”.
  3. Verification: Our support team may contact you to verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion to prevent unauthorized requests.
  4. Processing Time: Once verified, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 24 to 48 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

TYPES OF DATA DELETED

When you request a full data deletion, the following information is permanently removed from our system:
  • Your Facebook Unique User ID.
  • Profile information (Name, Profile Picture, and Email).
  • Account preferences and activity history on Crizonshop.com.
  • Linked login tokens.
Note: Information required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance (such as transaction invoices) will be retained in an anonymized format as required by law.
