1. Introduction Welcome to Crizonshop.com. By accessing our website and completing a purchase, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to align with the evolving policies of service providers (e.g., Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, etc.). 2. Account Usage Guidelines- Account Types: We offer both Shared and Private (Personal) accounts.
- Device Limits: Customers must strictly adhere to the number of screens/devices specified in their purchased plan.
- Prohibited Actions: * For Pre-activated/Shared accounts: Modifying the Email, Password, or Billing Information is strictly prohibited to ensure seamless warranty support. (For Personal/Upgrade accounts, users are free to modify these details).
- Do not interfere with other users’ profiles (applicable to Shared plans).
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties is strictly forbidden.
- Warranty Period: We provide a 1-to-1 replacement warranty for the entire duration of your subscription.
- Eligibility: Warranty applies to technical issues from the provider’s side (e.g., incorrect password, loss of Premium status, or account wipes).
- Exclusions: Warranty is void if the user violates Section 2, modifies account credentials, or uses a VPN/Proxy that triggers Netflix’s regional policy violations.
- Refunds: If a replacement account cannot be provided within 24–48 hours, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the remaining unused days.
- We are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by the original provider’s server issues or sudden policy changes.
- We are strictly exempt from liability for any destructive actions, such as canceling the subscription or voluntarily leaving a Family group in any circumstances.
