Warranty policy
CrizonShop provides long-term warranty on all products. Exchange support during warranty period for supplier defects.
Warranty applies to all premium accounts and genuine software licenses purchased at CrizonShop. Products are covered if they experience supplier-side errors or fail to function as described. We are committed to protecting your rights throughout the entire usage period of the product.
Warranty duration varies by product and is clearly stated on each product detail page. Premium accounts typically come with 1 to 12 months of warranty depending on the type. Genuine software license keys come with lifetime warranty. Please check specific warranty information before purchasing.
If you encounter any issues, contact us via Zalo, Messenger, or email at [email protected]. Our support team will investigate and respond within 15 minutes. If the issue is confirmed to be supplier-related, we will issue a replacement account or key completely free of charge. In cases where replacement is not possible, a 100% refund will be provided.
Warranty does not apply in the following cases: (1) Customer changes account password or information without authorization; (2) Account suspension due to violation of provider terms of service; (3) Misuse or illegal use of the product; (4) Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or other force majeure events.
