We collect: email, name (if provided), password (scrypt-hashed), order history, IP address, and browser info. We do NOT store credit card numbers — payments are processed by PayPal, LemonSqueezy, ACB, and VNPay.

How We Use Information

Information is used to: process orders and deliver digital products, provide customer support, send order confirmations via email, improve our website and products, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Sharing

Data is only shared with: PayPal/LemonSqueezy/ACB/VNPay (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), Cloudinary (images), Google Analytics (anonymized data). We do NOT sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while account is active. Order data is retained for 5 years (legal requirement). Support communications are retained for 2 years. Analytics data is retained for 26 months.

Essential cookies for: session management, CSRF protection, shopping cart. Preference cookies: language, currency. Analytics cookies: Google Analytics (can be disabled via browser settings). No advertising cookies are used.
