# Terms of Service

> Rules for purchasing and using CrizonShop digital products and services.

These Terms govern access to crizonshop.com and purchases of digital accounts, subscriptions, upgrades and license keys. Product-page terms, the Refund & Warranty Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy form part of the contract. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not excluded.

## 1. Eligibility and order formation

You must have legal capacity to contract or valid permission from a parent/guardian. Before checkout you can review the cart, total price, payment method and linked policies. A contract is formed when CrizonShop accepts the order and issues an order confirmation; an automated receipt does not require us to fulfill an order affected by an obvious pricing, stock, fraud or technical error. If we cancel such an order after receiving cleared funds, we will return the amount paid through an available lawful method.

## 2. Product types and license

A listing may supply a private account, shared account/profile, Family-group slot, customer-account upgrade or license key. You receive only the limited, non-transferable right described on the product page for the purchased term. The underlying platform, trademarks and content belong to their respective owners. CrizonShop is not affiliated with a provider unless expressly stated.

You are responsible for checking device, region, age and technical requirements disclosed before purchase. No policy authorizes use that infringes law, intellectual property or a provider's mandatory terms.

## 3. Acceptable use

You must follow the product-page instructions and may not:

* change an email, password, recovery method, billing detail, country or Family-group configuration unless the listing expressly permits it;
* leave or remove yourself from a Family group, remove members, alter another user's profile or interfere with shared access;
* resell, sublicense, publicly share or provide access to an unauthorized person;
* use automation, fraud, chargeback abuse, malicious interference, unlawful content, VPN/proxy behavior prohibited for the purchased product, or attempts to bypass provider controls; or
* submit false identity, payment, diagnostic or warranty information.

We may temporarily restrict access, request verification, cancel an unfulfilled order or refuse a warranty claim where objective evidence shows fraud, security risk or a material breach. We will state the reason where legally required and provide a review channel; we do not remove statutory complaint or court rights.

## 4. Fulfillment, warranty and provider events

Digital delivery normally occurs within 15 minutes to 6 hours after cleared payment and necessary information is received. This is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed on the product page.

Eligible faults during the purchased term are handled under the Refund & Warranty Policy. Our usual remedy order is diagnosis, restoration, replacement, reasonably equivalent substitute, wallet credit accepted by you, then a proportionate refund where no reasonable remedy is available.

An **External Provider Event** includes a provider's suspension, plan discontinuation, regional restriction, Family-policy change, price change, security action or platform outage outside our reasonable control. It is not automatically force majeure. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a remedy. Force majeure applies only where the governing law's legal test is met.

## 5. Prices, payment and refunds

Prices and included taxes/fees are shown before confirmation. Enabled methods vary by region; only methods displayed as available at checkout are supported. Vietnamese checkout currently supports bank transfer/VietQR and CrizonShop balance; PayPal may be available for Korean and international checkout. Card entry is not a completed payment method until a compliant gateway is connected.

Refunds follow the Refund & Warranty Policy. Balance-paid orders may be returned to the CrizonShop wallet. Other refunds may require manual or payment-provider processing.

## 6. Intellectual property and user content

CrizonShop owns or licenses its site design, text, software, logo and original content. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them except as law permits. You grant us a limited right to process support messages and evidence solely to operate, secure and improve the service and resolve disputes.

## 7. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. CrizonShop is not responsible for loss caused by your breach, inaccurate information, unauthorized credential sharing or failure to follow disclosed instructions. Any contractual liability cap applies only where lawful and does not restrict mandatory refunds, fraud, willful misconduct or other non-excludable liability.

## 8. Changes, suspension and termination

Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date. Material changes affecting an active paid term will be notified where required; we will not retroactively remove accrued rights. Either party may terminate as allowed by the applicable policy and law. Terms needed to settle payment, ownership, privacy, evidence and disputes survive termination.

## 9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their habitual-residence country.
