This policy applies to digital accounts, subscriptions, upgrades and license keys sold by CrizonShop. It does not reduce mandatory consumer remedies under applicable law.

## 1. Coverage

Unless a product page states a different lawful term, warranty coverage runs for the purchased service period and covers verified faults not caused by the customer, including invalid delivery credentials, premature loss of paid access, loss of premium status, or a provider-side account failure.

Report a problem promptly through the order-error function or [contact@crizonshop.com](mailto:contact@crizonshop.com) and include the order code, affected product, time of failure, exact error and reasonable evidence. Never send unrelated passwords or full payment credentials.

## 2. Remedy process

We will acknowledge a complaint within the period required by applicable law and investigate using order records, delivery logs, provider status, account/Family-slot records and customer evidence. Depending on the fault and product, we may:

1. restore access or correct configuration;
2. resend or replace the account/key;
3. offer a reasonably equivalent product or remaining term, subject to your acceptance where required;
4. provide wallet credit, only with your agreement where law requires the original payment method; or
5. refund the undelivered or unusable portion if no reasonable remedy is available.

For a proportionate refund, the default calculation is: amount actually paid × verified unused days ÷ total purchased days, less any lawful discount allocation. Mandatory law may require a different amount or deadline and will prevail.

## 3. Customer-caused exclusions

A claim may be denied to the extent objective evidence shows the issue was caused by:

* voluntarily leaving a Family group or removing/altering its members;
* changing credentials, recovery details, billing, region or account settings contrary to product instructions;
* sharing, resale, excessive devices, profile interference or unauthorized users;
* unlawful use, fraud, chargeback abuse, malicious action, prohibited automation, or a VPN/proxy that violates disclosed product requirements;
* failure to provide required activation information, providing false information, or refusing reasonable troubleshooting; or
* expiration of the purchased term.

An exclusion applies only to the part of the failure caused by the breach. We will provide the reason and available evidence where appropriate. You may request a second review with additional evidence; statutory complaint and dispute rights remain available.

## 4. Change of mind and digital supply

Because digital credentials, keys and access can be used or copied immediately, change-of-mind cancellation may end once supply begins where applicable law permits and after any required disclosure or consent. This does not apply when the item differs from its description, is defective, was not supplied, or mandatory law preserves a cancellation right.

Before delivery begins, request cancellation immediately. If fulfillment has not started and no provider cost has been irreversibly incurred, we ordinarily cancel and refund. Duplicate or clearly erroneous payments will be investigated and returned when verified.

## 5. External Provider Events

A provider discontinuation, policy change, suspension, regional restriction or outage is an External Provider Event, not automatically force majeure. We first attempt restoration, replacement or a reasonable substitute. If the remaining paid service cannot be supplied within a reasonable time, we provide the remedy required by applicable law, ordinarily a proportionate refund for the unusable remainder. Force-majeure relief is used only when its statutory test is satisfied and never to avoid rights that cannot be waived.

## 6. Refund method and timing

Balance-paid orders may be refunded automatically to the CrizonShop wallet. Bank-transfer and PayPal refunds are processed manually or through the provider after verification. Unless you agree otherwise, we use the original payment method where required by law. Processing times depend on the method and statutory deadline; provider posting time may follow our release of funds.
