# Privacy Policy

> How CrizonShop collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data.

This policy applies to crizonshop.com, customer accounts, checkout, support, warranty handling, and related services. It supplements any mandatory privacy notice required in the country where we offer services. Where mandatory local law gives you stronger rights, that law prevails.

## 1. Data we process

Depending on how you use the service, we process:

* identity and contact data: name, email, phone number, avatar, date of birth, gender, country, address, language and time zone;
* account and security data: password hash, authentication-provider identifier, sessions, login attempts, lock status, IP address, browser/device fingerprint and fraud signals;
* transaction data: cart, order code, products, plan, term, quantity, price, payment method, payment instructions, wallet movements, promotions and refund status;
* fulfillment data: service username, license key, Family-group slot, assignment/expiry date and, only when a product requires it, credentials supplied for activation or support;
* support data: issue reports, evidence, status, priority, notes, resolution history and communications;
* usage and analytics data, including Google Analytics and technical logs; and
* marketing preference and referral data.

CrizonShop does not currently store full card numbers or CVV values on its backend. Card fields shown before a compliant card gateway is connected remain in the browser and are not submitted as a completed card payment.

## 2. Why we use data

We use data to create and secure accounts; process and deliver orders; allocate Family slots; provide warranty and support; verify payment; prevent fraud, abuse and credential misuse; maintain records; measure service performance; comply with law; and send marketing only where permitted or consented to.

Our legal bases depend on local law and may include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service operation, and consent where required.

## 3. Service providers and international transfers

We disclose only what is reasonably necessary to payment providers, banks, email/communications providers, hosting and storage providers, analytics providers, authentication providers, professional advisers and public authorities with lawful authority. We do not sell personal data.

Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use an applicable transfer mechanism and provide the disclosures or obtain the consent required by local law.

## 4. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as reasonably required for the purposes above, warranty administration, fraud prevention, dispute handling and mandatory accounting or transaction-record rules. Retention periods vary by record type and jurisdiction.

We use access controls, authentication, CSRF protections, password hashing for CrizonShop account passwords, logging and operational safeguards. No system is risk-free. Credentials supplied for third-party activation or delivered as part of an order are operational fulfillment data and should be changed when the product permits. Do not send unrelated passwords or sensitive data.

## 5. Your choices and rights

Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or a portable copy. We may retain transaction, security or dispute records where law permits or requires it. To request action, email [contact@crizonshop.com](mailto:contact@crizonshop.com) from the account email and provide enough information to verify identity. You may also change marketing preferences in account settings where available.

## 6. Cookies and device signals

We use necessary cookies for sessions, security, cart and preferences, plus analytics where enabled. Anti-abuse controls may create a hashed browser/device fingerprint from technical signals such as screen, language, time zone, platform, hardware and rendering characteristics.

## 7. Incidents, children and changes

We investigate suspected data incidents and notify affected people or authorities when applicable law requires it. The service is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent or contracting age in their country; a parent or guardian must act where required.

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, separately notified or presented for renewed consent. Previous terms continue to govern completed transactions unless law or an agreed amendment provides otherwise.
